In an effort to stop the spread of COVID-19, the Learning Assistance Program has transitioned to serving students in a virtual
LAP Counselors, specialists, and Deaf services are now available to serve you through various methods. We are able to assist you via telephone, email, online chat, and/or video-conferencing. Students wishing to "see" their Counselor through video-conferencing are able to do so by using Cranium Café or Zoom. Both are able to be accessed via a smart phone or a computer. We encourage you to find a method that fits your needs.
We know this is a time of uncertainty and concern for many of you, and we want to reassure you that although we may not be able to offer in-person services at this time, we will continue to be available to assist you.
