Official Hancock Transcript Requests

Allan Hancock College has partnered with Parchment to accept transcript orders through a secure website. You can order official transcripts online anytime by clicking the logo below.
This service lets you track your order status and provides email updates. Keep your Document ID number for verification.

Transcript Fees
- The first two mailed copies are free (rush requests are not included).
- $7 mailed copy (allow 7 business days for processing and mailing).
- $7.60 electronic copy (some schools may default to electronic delivery).
- $30 mailed copy with rush delivery via FedEx (allow 3 business days).

Unofficial transcripts are available through myHancock accounts for current students only. Former students must request official transcripts.
Notice: Whenever possible, request your previous institution to send electronic transcripts.
AHC accepts only official external transcripts.
Providing Transcripts to Allan Hancock College
Official transcripts are required for prerequisites, education plans, GE certifications, financial aid, and degree/certificate evaluations. Transcripts submitted before 2010 must be resubmitted.
Paper transcripts must be sealed. Electronic transcripts must come directly from the institution or its vendor. AHC does not accept transcripts sent by students.
Submit transcripts after applying to AHC but before registering for classes. Final transcripts must be received before evaluations can be completed.
Transcripts become the property of AHC and will not be released. Request a personal copy from your previous institution if needed.
Are High School Transcripts Required?
- Required for all College Now! participants
- Required if using foreign language courses to meet a prerequisite
- Required if using coursework through an articulation agreement
- Required for first-year students applying for the Non-Resident Merit Scholarship
- May be required for financial aid recipients
How Long Does Evaluation Take?
- Processed in the order received
- 15 business days during non-peak times
- 20 business days during peak times

Evaluating Foreign Transcripts
Contact AHC Admissions before paying for an evaluation to confirm if your coursework will be accepted.
AHC accepts foreign coursework evaluated by NACES® or AICE®. Evaluations must be “Detailed” or “Comprehensive,” translated if needed, and include institution details, course levels, GPA, and credit/grade equivalencies.
Only lower-division credit is awarded if the foreign institution is listed in the ACE guide.
