If you are registered with the LAP and are eligible for test accommodations, and have not requested it for this semester, please contact the office using the methods above to make an appointment with your counselor.
You can request your testing accommodations to be sent to your instructors in the AIM online system. You can also make an appointment for testing with the LAP testing center in AIM, or by contacting the office.
If you are already approved for testing accommodations, you do not need to do anything else to continue receiving those accommodations, even in an online classroom. You may want to send an email reminder to your instructor that you have been approved for accommodations, so they can contact our office for assistance if needed.
If you are using interpreter or captioning services for instruction, those services will continue to be offered in online courses. If you have any questions, please contact Julia Townsend at jtownsend@hancockcollege.edu or by video phone at 805-266-7874
If you are utilizing e-text or any assistive hardware/software this term and need assistance, please contact Sarah Easton.
