Enrollment Verification

Enrollment Verifications:

AHC has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide free official enrollment verifications to students through the self-service option in their myHancock accounts. Students registered at least part time may obtain verification that they are or were enrolled during a specific term only after the add/drop period of that semester for full semester length classes (date varies for late start and short term classes). To obtain verification of enrollment dates and full or part time status:

This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  It provides current or complete enrollment history as well as good student verification for auto insurance discounts.

  • Log in to myHancock 
  • Select Class Registration and Schedules then Register/Add/Drop Classes
  • Choose the link to Enrollment Verification; you will be directed to the National Student Clearinghouse to process your request.

ENROLLMENT VERIFICATION

Enrollment verifications obtained from National Student Clearinghouse are considered official. You may use the enrollment verifications for insurance, scholarships, employment, loan deferment, and many other purposes.

If you have a form (insurance, scholarship, etc.) to be completed by Admissions and Records, we suggest that you obtain the enrollment verification through National Student Clearinghouse as directed above and attach the verification to your form.

To authorize the release of academic information to parents or to obtain GPA verification, students must complete the Authorization for Release of Information forms:

  • Complete, sign, and submit the form online

Degree Verifications:

Allan Hancock College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide degree verifications for employers and other third-parties. AHC no longer provides verifications by phone. If you are an employer or background screening firm requesting this information, please visit the National Student Clearinghouse to obtain instant verifications. Degree verifications will NOT be processed until all outstanding debts and/or holds are cleared at AHC.
