Apply to the universities. Attend an application workshop to help get you started. STEP 6
Prepare to transfer! Submit your SIR and apply for degree(s) and GE certification.

WORKSHOPS | EVENTS
Basic Needs and Phoenix Rising Scholars presents a series of Manage Your Money Workshops.
Join them for a fun approach to money management. Together you will learn about building credit, loans and banking with SESLOC! Lunch will be provided to the first 60 students who sign in. Participants in attendance will have a chance to win prizes.

Talking about career Opportunities (TACO)
You are cordially invited to join Outreach and Educational Partnerships (OEP) for our Talking About Career Opportunities (TACO) Tuesday webinar series. These interactive webinars are an opportunity for community college students to learn more about various career paths and the UC resources available to support them.
OEP will host TACO Tuesday webinars 1 to 2 times every other month throughout the academic year. October’s webinar sessions will focus on health professions. Lively panel discussions will include pre-health advisors, current students and alumni who will share their personal experiences as well as tips to help you prepare for your academic journey.

Before you schedule a transfer counseling appointment, complete the following:
- Appointments are only open to Hancock students. An admission application must be on file with the Admissions and Records Office.
- If you are an incoming student transferring to Hancock from another college and need
your transcript evaluated by a counselor, please take the following steps prior to
scheduling your counseling appointment.
- Order all official transcripts to be directly sent to our Admissions and Records Office.
- Wait for your email confirmation that your transcripts were received and evaluated.
- Once confirmed, schedule your counseling appointment.
