  • PSLO 3.  Students will find the OACL staff courteous and helpful. This will be assessed by analysis of user surveys. Increased customer service training for OACL staff may improve positive responses.
  • PSLO 4.  Students will locate the software they need for assignments in the OACL. This will be assessed by analysis of user surveys. A faculty survey of programs required for classes may provide information on additional software necessary for students.
