Cash for College Workshops

Get help from financial aid experts

Almost anyone, regardless of income, qualifies for financial assistance. Maximize your financial aid by getting assistance with the FAFSA, Dream Act, and Cal Grant forms at the CASH FOR COLLEGE workshops. Appointment may take between 30 minutes to 1 hour.

What to Bring to the Workshop

To complete their FAFSA or California Dream Act, students will need to bring: 

  • Driver’s license (Optional)
  • Date of Birth
  • Student and parent(s)/adoptive parent(s) Social Security (do not use your ITIN #) and permanent resident number (if applicable)
  • Parent(s)/adoptive parent(s) marital status
  • Student and parent(s)/adoptive parent(s) 2019 W-2 forms
  • Student and parent(s)/adoptive parent(s) 2019 income tax return (if they filed)

If you cannot attend this event, complete forms yourself at www.fafsa.gov or dream.csac.ca.gov
