Mini-Corps

CA Mini-Corps participants are full-time undergraduate students pursuing careers in education.  They work as teacher assistants in public schools, providing direct instructional support to migrant students under the guidance of certificated teachers and a Mini-Corps College Coordinator.

 

Participants receive an hourly wage and monthly training focused on effective teaching strategies.  The program also provides valuable opportunities to gain classroom experience and build professional connections with local schools.
