Phoenix Rising Scholars

Welcome to Phoenix Rising Scholars

Phoenix Rising Scholars is a support program of Hancock's Extended Opportunity Programs and Services (EOPS) and supports our justice-impacted students. Our team collaborates closely with the United States Penitentiary of Lompoc and the Central Coast community to expand opportunities and establish robust pathways from incarceration to educational achievement. Several off-campus resources are available to students.

If you are a justice-impacted student, please contact our office to learn about the support available to you.
