Through your success network you have quick access to the people and services who can best help you. Instructional Faculty Resources
Early Alerts are progress surveys sent during weeks 6-8 of the semester for students in special populations. The progress survey asks faculty to identify areas of concern, if any so that interventions may occur.

Flags are used to communicate concerns you have about a students' progress in the course. Flag types include:
- Attendance Concerns
- In Danger of Failing
- Not Turning in Work
- Other
Kudos communicate to the student they're doing a good job.
When you raise a flag, the student will receive an email and text alerting them to take action.

Once a student has addressed the concern (is back on track, met with you, sought tutoring, etc.) it is important to close the flag so the student knows the issue has been resolved.
Connecting students with vital resources can help them be successful. A referral will generate an email with the essential information regarding how to access the recommend reosurce site.
