Allan Hancock College’s Law Enforcement Academy is recognized as one of California’s premier basic training programs. This 22-week (862-hour) academy combines college-level academics with the structure and discipline of a paramilitary environment, challenging recruits to excel mentally, physically, and ethically.
Meeting all California POST requirements, the academy prepares future peace officers to enter field training with confidence, skill, and professionalism. Graduates of Allan Hancock College’s respected program are known throughout the state for their readiness to serve and lead in law enforcement.
