Request to add an instructor account to an online course

As the instructor of record, I would like to request that the following person/people (employees of Allan Hancock College) be given access to my course with one of the roles listed below. Please note we will only place faculty in faculty roles, classified in classified roles, students in student roles and administrators in administrator roles.

I understand that this person will have access to all of the content, tools, and features in my course. This person will have the ability to make changes to my course and interact with students and their work.

I also understand as instructor of record, that this person should not access the Grade Center, as only the instructor of record should mark grades for students.

By submitting this form, you are granting permission to add the instructor listed below to the course listed below.
