CSAR 8009 – Mogul Art and Sewing Art for Entrepreneurs
- In this 8-week hands-on workshop, students will explore the world of mixed-media art by creating decorative flowers from colorful pipe cleaners, painting vibrant acrylic backgrounds on canvas, and adding unique sewing and embroidery details. The course also guides students through opening and marketing their own Etsy shop, helping them showcase and sell their creations while gaining real-world small business skills.

CSAR 8011 – Stained Glass 101
- This introductory stained-glass workshop offers students a solid foundation in glass cutting, assembly, and soldering techniques. Over two weeks, students will complete a four-hour hands-on project and create a stained glass suncatcher to take home. CSCT 8005 - Become a CA Notary Public
- This class provides new or previously commissioned Notary Publics with the education and skills to pass the state proctored examination, detect fraud, and be successful in a new career. There is a growing need for notaries in expanding financial, real estate, business, and law professions. For new applicants and notaries who need to renew their commissions, this class meets the 6-hour requirement mandated by law. Bring a driver's license or photo ID card and #2 pencils.

This graceful practice blends the flowing motions of Tai Chi with the elegant use of a traditional Chinese fan. Each student can learn at their own pace in a relaxed, non-competitive atmosphere. These exercises are safe and beneficial for all ages. A Tai Chi fan is required for this course. Students may bring their own fan that meets the course requirements or may purchase one from the instructor on the first day of class for $15.

- Learn to bake an entire high tea for four people! This weekend course will teach you everything you need to know to make a genuine British high tea experience to enjoy Sunday evening with your friends or family. Learn how to make a classic high tea including: a quiche, two sets of sandwiches, three types of cakes or cookies as well as British-style fruit scones, which you'll be able to enjoy with fresh cream and fruit jam.
