To request an item be added or considered for a future Academic Senate Agenda complete this form no later than one to two weeks prior the meeting.
Keep in mind that requests are considered on a first come, first served basis.
ASE will notify you if your item will be added to the date requested.
Faculty who are interested in participating as an Academic Senate apointee to a council and/or committee, please complete this form. Thank you for your interest.
Academic Senate Council/Committee Participation Request Form
Use this form to submit your report at the end of each month. This helps keep the Academic Senate Executive (ASE) informed about the activities and discussions within your council or committee. This will also help strengthen communication between council/committee Chairs or Co-Chairs and ASE.
Please note that you may still be asked to present at Senate meetings periodically. Thank you for your work and commitment. We appreciate your leadership role.
Department Chairs and the PFA, please use this form to submit your respective faculty represenatives to the Academic Senate.
Full-time faculty senators shall be elected within each department during the spring semester prior to finalization of the next fall's class schedule.
The term of each Senator shall be for two years and each senator shall have one vote.
Part-time faculty are represented by three senators appointed by the Part-time Faculty Association during the spring semester prior to finalization of the next fall's class schedule, no more than one per division.
