Setting up mail on a mobile device

It is possible to configure your mobile device to sync with your Hancock College email and calendars. The procedure varies from device and mobile app and not all mobile email apps will work with your Hancock College email account.

if you have previously set up a device with your Hancock College email account and are having trouble connecting you will need to delete that account from you mobile device first and then re-add the account.

 Outlook App

The simplest way to access your Hancock College email on your iPhone is to use the Outlook App which is available in the iOS app store and also the Android Play store. the Setup requires typing in your Hancock College email address, and then logging in via the Hancock College SSO system.

iOS Mail App

The default Mail App on iOS can also be configured to work with the

The Gmail App which is the default mail application on Google Pixel phones is currently not able to connect to a Hancock College email account.
