Opt Out of Auto-Award

This form will allow you to OPT-OUT of being auto awarded any degrees and/or certificates from Allan Hancock College that you qualify for at the end of the respective semester. If you choose to opt-out, you can still apply for degrees and/or certificates from Hancock; however, doing so will require extra steps. Please email counseling@hancockcollege.edu with any questions.
