| 6:30 am | Check-in at Santa Maria |
Meet in front of PCPA (Marian Theater) located in lot 3 for check-in. Do not board the bus until you check in with the counselor. Students can leave their cars parked in the lot over the weekend, but the college is not responsible for break-ins or theft. Students can also be dropped off. The bus will make a quick stop for breakfast. |
| 6:45 am | Bus Promptly departs Santa Maria Campus | The bus ride will take roughly 5 hours or more to UC Riverside. |
| 12:00 pm | Arrive at UC Riverside/ Explore campus/Lunch | Students will be provided money to eat lunch on campus. |
| 1:45pm | Campus Tour and Admissions Presentation | Meeting location is TBD for campus tour and admissions presentation. |
| 4:15 | Board Bus and Depart UCR | This bus ride will take roughly 20 minutes depending on traffic. |
| 4:30-4:45pm | Arrive at Hotel | Arrive at Marriot Riverside at the Convention Center. Check into the hotel and assign rooms enjoy the local area/ have dinner on your own. |

| 7:20 am | Meet and check out of the Hotel | Students will meet in the hotel lobby at 7:20 am. Please remember to bring all of
your luggage and belongings as we will not be returning to the hotel. Also please
make sure you have breakfast on your own before 7:20am |
| 7:40 am | Bus departs to Cal Poly Pomona | This bus ride will take roughly 50 minutes, depending on traffic |
| 8:40 am | Arrive at Cal Poly Pomona | Campus Tour and Student Panel plus pizza lunch (will be provided). |
| 12:30 pm | Bus departs Cal Poly Pomona, to CSULA | This bus ride will take roughly 50 minutes, depending on traffic. |
| 1:40 pm | Arrive at CSU Los Angeles | Admissions Presentation by EOP and Campus Tour on our own. |
| 4:00 pm | Bus Departs CSULA | Please be sure to use the restroom before boarding the bus as we will be on the road for roughly 4 hours depending on traffic. |
| 8:30 pm | Arrive in Santa Maria Campus AHC | Students will need to arrange to be picked up and will be reminded to call their ride when new are 1 hour away. |
Important Reminders: This event is free, and students will recieve money to purchase meals while on the trip.
