By completing this form, you will receive:

A Transfer Recognition Award certificate.
A transfer star designation in the graduation program (if you are also earning an associate’s degree).
A transfer star which will be displayed for everyone to see at the UTC all through next spring.
An invitation to our Transfer Star Celebration. Information will be sent to you.
