Welcome to the Languages and Communication Department
Languages & Communication is an interdisciplinary department that serves the student, the academic community, and society at large in all areas of literacy, communication, and language development. These individual programs offer rich and diverse courses and workshops to deepen students’ understanding of multicultural traditions, to provide breadth of knowledge appropriate for many degree and programs, and to prepare students for vocational goals and/or transfer to four-year colleges and universities.
