The Applied Behavioral Sciences Department serves the student body and the community by offering classes and workshops in the areas of general education, transfer education, and vocational education. The department consists of six disciplines, which include , culinary arts, Culinology®, early childhood studies, family and consumer sciences, fashion studies, and nutrition and dietetics.
