Veteran News and Upcoming Events

The Testing Center now has another option for students to take the START test who don’t live in the local area. Check out our new web page for the Out-of-area START Proctor Request at http://www.hancockcollege.edu/testing/start.php

Students would need access to a computer with a web cam and high speed Internet to take advantage of Virtual Remote Proctoring; the fee to B Virtual is $25.

Not every student will be able to take advantage of this service, but for those that can, the convenience of testing in your own home at any time of the day or night is definitely an added bonus. The student scores will also download to our system automatically.

"These teachers are amazing. They're willing to help make your vision and goals come true, whether it be here as a vocational training program or transferring to a four year university. There are so many great things about the fashion program. You're able to express yourself here. Allan Hancock College is where I started. I'm in a four-year university now but I know that without Allan Hancock College I wouldn't have gotten there."
