Organizational Management, BS
Through its Regional Campuses, the University of La Verne provides educational opportunities
for mature adults with varied educational backgrounds. Applicants will be considered
for admission based on the following criteria:
- Number of college-level semester hours completed
- Cumulative GPA
- Work Experience
The Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management degree program is designed for
mature working professionals over the age of 23 with or without college experience.
These programs utilize and value the experience students have obtained from the workplace.
Because of this expectation, applicants under the age of 23 are considered for admission
only if they possess substantial work experience and a cumulative GPA of 2.2 for any
transferable college or university course work. Students who have not already completed

The thing I like about the college is the campus itself and the variety of classes the college offers. I also like that the instructors are supportive and always available to help students whenever they need it. After getting my degree, my goal is to finish my transfer units and continue with my bachelor degree."
