Students

  1. Follow the procedure detailed under "Discrimination Complaints" or "Student Complaints Other Than Discrimation" in the current Allan Hancock College catalog section titled "Policies and Procedures" (Open catalog).
  2. If Step 1 does not resolve the issue, complete the form on the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office website.

Employees (Steps)

Accreditation

Students may contact the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges (ACCJC) directly with complaints related to noncompliance with accreditation standards. Information on the ACCJC complaint process can be accessed at www.accjc.org/complaint-process.
