Register Today for Fall Community Education Classes

Nearly 250 classes available!

Floral DesignJULY 23, 2018--Whether someone is looking to learn new life skills like sewing or computers, or is motivated to learn English as a second language (ESL) or to become a notary public, there are nearly 250 unique learning opportunities offered this fall by Allan Hancock College Community Education.

Classes begin the week of August 20, and include art, jewelry making, computer, citizenship, floral design, GED test preparation, ESL and sewing. These classes are free and some require just a minimal materials fee.

Fee-based classes are also available and include ballet, cooking,Sewing exercise, honey harvesting and packaging, water bath canning and yoga. The Day of the Dead makeup class is back by popular demand with sections offered in late October. The college also added a tamale making class that meets for two days in October.

Printed copies of the fall 2018 Spectrum schedule of Community Education recently arrived in district mailboxes and are also available at all campus locations.
