Short-Term Classes Offered in Santa Maria

Classes begin March 24 and later.

MARCH 5, 2014 -- Want to enroll in Hancock now?  Consider a short-term class.  Short-term classes can be one day to eight weeks.  Enrollment is available in 28 such classes offered at Allan Hancock College’s Santa Maria campus beginning March 24 or later.  More than 40 additional classes are offered online or at the Lompoc Valley or Vandenberg AFB centers.

Classes offered at the Santa Maria campus include auto technology, business, office technology, dance, electronics, film, graphics, multimedia arts, paralegal studies, personal development, physical education, Spanish, welding and pairing wine and food.

For class details, visit www.hancockcollege.edu and click Class Search, Spring 2014, Credit classes.  In the Start Month box, search for classes beginning in March, April or May.  In the Location box, select Santa Maria.  For specific class information, including registration deadlines, click the blue CRN (Course Record Number).

Register online at www.hancockcollege.edu; click Apply & Register.

The enrollment fee for California residents is $46 per credit.  Classes range from one-half to six credits.  Other fees may apply. 

Classes are open to anyone who is 18 years or older and able to benefit from instruction, including high school graduates under age 18.  Current high school juniors and seniors are also eligible for enrollment through Hancock’s College Now! program.
