Hancock Offers Bus Trip to Los Angeles Fashion District

Trip is April 25; register by March 25.

FEBRUARY 4, 2013 -- Community Education is offering a bus trip to the LA Fashion District on Friday, April 25.  This area of Los Angeles is considered the top destination for wholesale buyers, retail shoppers, designers, fashion students and Hollywood stylists.  The district spans 100 blocks of fashion apparel, accessories, fabrics and the largest selection of textiles and notions in the United States.  Register now to take advantage of incredible values at nearly 200 wholesale and retail textile stores selling everything from trims and beading to exotic silks and European upholstery, clothing and much more.

The bus leaves Allan Hancock College at 7 a.m. and will return by 10 p.m.  Cost of the trip is $50 and does not include meals.  An itinerary will be sent to registered students one week prior to the trip.

Registration is required, and the deadline to register is March 25.  Register online at www.hancockcollege.edu for course number (CRN) 41591.  Click Apply & Register and proceed.  Students can also receive registration assistance in person at Community Education (bldg. S) on the Santa Maria campus.
