Exotic Curries of the World Explored in Hancock Cooking Class

Class meets two Saturdays in May

Learn to cook culinary specialties of many lands and enjoy new taste experiences in a Cultural Aspects of Food class offered through Allan Hancock College Community Education. Discover the nutritional significance of food customs while preparing and sampling authentic international dishes. Curries of the world are explored in the next class that meets on Saturdays, May 4 and 11, from 10 a.m. to 1:55 p.m. in room I-216 (formerly “J” building). A $20 materials fee is required.

Register online now at www.hancockcollege.edu under CRN (course number) 41548, or receive registration assistance in person at Community Education (bldg. S) on the Santa Maria campus. Registration hours are Monday – Thursday from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
