Enjoy Foods of Mexico in Hancock Cooking Class

Learn about regional variations of your favorites!

The cuisine of Mexico represents a blending of many indigenous cultures.  Learn how regional variations influence the tastes of foods such as tamales and Veracruz red snapper in a Cultural Aspects of Food class being offered through Community Education.

The class meets on Saturdays, Oct. 6 and 13, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the Santa Maria campus, room J-14.  A $20 materials is required and payable at the time of registration.
