Accreditation

Allan Hancock College is accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges (ACCJC) of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (10 Commercial Blvd., Suite 204, Novato, CA 94949, (415) 506-0234), an institutional accrediting body recognized by the Commission on Recognition of Postsecondary Accreditation and the U.S. Department of Education. The college has been continuously accredited since 1952.

The latest accreditation review and report were completed in spring 2010.  An Accreditation Team Visit occurred March 8-11, 2010.  The team's report (May 11, 2010) and accrediting commission's letter of reaffirmation of accreditation are available below, along with previous accreditation reports and documents.
