Bond measure i
Northern Santa Barbara County residents voted June 6, 2006, to approve Measure I,
the $180 million general facilities bond to improve Allan Hancock College. Funding
from the bond will help the college modernize technology, upgrade the failing infrastructure

transfer and career preparation opportunities, and personal enrichment. Community
Education offers noncredit classes, fee-based/community services classes, college
for kids, traffic school, mature driver courses, online education, special educational
