Bridges to the Baccalaureate opened a world of opportunities. As a Biology Major, I gained hands-on experience in biology and mechanical engineering. I met and worked with world-renowned professors at Cal Poly. They helped me feel comfortable and capable of working in a university setting which prepared me for a smooth transfer. It is very rare for an undergraduate student to work in a lab and get paid for it. I still hold those positions and I couldn't have excelled without support from Bridges. I am very fortunate to have been part of the program. Thank you Bridges!

"I chose to take classes here in the agribusiness program because I work in the wine industry and really feel that it's important to have as much knowledge as possible. My purpose in taking classes is just to educate myself so then I can hopefully go back to work and educate both my coworkers as well as customers that we have."
