Jeff Cotter
Executive Director
Jeff Cotter has provided fundraising and non-profit management services for a wide
range of non-profit organizations. He has served as CEO of several private grant making
foundations with responsibilities for creating and monitoring national and international
grant portfolios, fund development and donor relations. Locally, he has done fund
development for organizations throughout Santa Barbara County, coached on major gift
fundraising and donor relations, and incorporated a public, community foundation serving
Los Alamos and the Santa Ynez Valley.
Toni McCracken
Community Relations Assistant
Toni’s works with the college and donor in the coordination of the Allan Hancock
College Foundation Scholarship Program as well as foundation special events. Toni
maintains the foundation's donor database, supports foundation campaigns, as well
as a variety of other duties.
Marlyn Cox
Fiscal Technician
Marlyn is responsible for the financial records. She tracks all foundation funds including
the endowments, program funds, special project funds and scholarship funds.
