The business program at Allan Hancock College introduces students to how business
operates and prepares them for positions in the business world. Students also learn
why many business graduates choose to start their own businesses rather than work
The business curriculum explores business strategies that allow managers to compete
in today’s dynamic, global marketplace. Business in the 21st century requires that
managers connect people, technology, and ethics in order to form strong partnerships
with customers, employees, and other organizational stakeholders.

"I've enjoyed the wine courses here at Hancock. I have gained a better understanding and knowledge of the industry, specifically in the enology program. I hope to transfer to Cal Poly to major in ag business. The effort and partnership between our professors, the industry, and the universities make Hancock the perfect pathway for the full-time student or individual who wants to be part of the wine industry."
