ACCREDITATION

Allan Hancock College is accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges, (3402 Mendocino Ave, Santa Rosa, CA 95403 (707) 569-9177), an institutional accrediting body recognized by the Commission on Recognition of Postsecondary Accreditation and the U.S. Department of Education. The college has been continuously accredited since 1952.

The latest Accreditation Report from the Western Association of Schools and Colleges is available for review at the Learning Resources Center. In addition, the licensing or other approval by a state agency for various programs which require state approval are available at the Learning Resources Center. Students should inquire at the information desk.
